David Easton has a new line of rugs for Safavieh. We used one recently in Margie’s dining room. I love the Bohemian vibe. They almost look vintage.
Its seems what was old is new again.
Beth was one of our first clients, and she is the sweetest one. She and her husband Andy have opened their doors to us on several occasions. Most recently, we returned to their place to shoot the fall photos for our home page. We’d recently done the dining room and thought it would be the perfect backdrop for an elegant, romantic vignette. We also set up a 70′s themed jam session in the playroom downstairs. The sofa we had custom made for them a few years ago really helped evoke that feeling of fun, freedom and cool that we wanted to capture. We are really grateful to Beth and Andy. They have a wonderful home. It’s filled with life, with music, and with heart.
Our latest design was a contemporary kid’s room. We designed around some of the existing furniture at the client’s request. To bring new life and a colorful base, we decided to paint the dresser, the bed, and the bookshelves a midnight blue. The simplicity of the patterns allow for longevity and as the client’s son grows up, the accessories can easily be traded out for a more mature look.
